Biography
Summary of D.Phil/MSc research
During my D.Phil I worked on ancient DNA genomics, and my thesis focused on the development of novel metagenomic methods for species identification from degraded DNA and pathogen evolution.
Current Research/employment
Studying the emergence of antimicrobial resistance in food borne pathogens.
