Research Informatics Training

As a scientist with a keen interest in applying my computational expertise and research background, I aim to be part of a dynamic, multidisciplinary team focused on cutting-edge technology. With fluency in both English and German, I'm eager to bring my language skills to the workplace.

Biography

I hold a Bachelor's degree in Genetics and Cell Biology from Dublin City University and a Master's degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Reading. I've been fortunate to gain experience in both academic research and the biotech industry. Throughout my academic journey, I received stipends for research projects and completed an exciting internship at a biotech startup. Currently, I'm proudly serving as an Ensembl Outreach Officer. Beyond my scientific pursuits, I've enjoyed several customer-facing roles, which allowed me to directly help people - an aspect of work that I deeply value!
