- I agree to book in advance for any session that I wish to attend, unless stated otherwise in the event details.
- I have read the eligibility requirements and will only book on to events for which I am eligible. I understand that the provider reserves the right to cancel any ineligible bookings made.
- I have read the event outline and where there are pre-requisites specified, I understand that it is my responsibility to ensure that I meet these pre-requisites prior to attending the event.
- I understand that eligibility">registration fees apply.
- I agree to sign the attendance register at every in-person course, and to ensure that my Zoom name is recognisable for attendance purposes at every online course.
- Should I not be able to attend and would like to follow a course asynchronously, I agree to contact the Research Informatics team via email first so that allowances can be made.
- I agree to cancel my booking at least 48 hours in advance of an event, if I will no longer be able to attend.
- I agree to respond to a waiting list offered place within 24 hours of receiving the email. I understand that if offers are not responded to within this timeframe the provider reserves the right to offer the place to the next person on the waiting list.
- I agree to arrive 15 minutes prior to the event start time, as doing so will ensure that the event may commence promptly. I understand that any participant who arrives 10 or more minutes late to an event may be prevented from attending.

- The provider reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions as and when appropriate.
